Guardia Civil officers in Sevilla have arrested an individual, initials M.P.R., on suspicion of continuous sexual assault of a 13 year old disabled girl, threatening to kill her if she told her parents.
After a difficult investigation, the Guardia Civil were able to identify a certain individual as the possible perpetrator of the assaults and have proceeded with an arrest.
The victim, a thirteen year old girl, suffers from developmental disability as well as 60% physical disability.
The abuse is said to have been taking place since the summer of 2010.
