Hotasa, the hospitality section of the Nueva Rumasa Group, owned by the family Ruiz Mateos, has announced its intention to sell the Hotel Cervantes in Torremolinos.
The hotel is apparently profitable, is operating normally and, so far, has met all payments to suppliers and the workforce of 110 workers in the company, despite the economic problems being encountered by Nueva Rumasa. Current occupation at the hotel is around 60 percent.
