Police have been questioning a man who reported discovering a body in the gardens of the Hospital Médico-Quirúrgico in Jaén on Friday.
The body was that of a 40 year old Spanish male and he met his death in a violent manner, having been beaten about the face with a rock. The murder weapon was found nearby.
An autopsy is being carried out. There have been no arrests so far.
