The registration period is now open for anyone wishing to participate in the IX Concurso de Cortadores de Jamón (Ham Cutting Competition) in Ronda.
The competition is being organised by Casa del Jamón and will take place on May 15th at 12:00 in the main marquee during the Real Feria de Mayo.
Entires can be made via fax to 952871596 and the registration period is open until April 17th.
