Sierra Nevada Ski Resort to keep 70 km of pistes open during Semana Santa

The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort in Granada is expecting to keep 70 kilometres of pistes open during Semana Santa, one of the largest skiing areas in Europe.

The ski areas remaining open are mainly in the Veleta, Laguna, Borreguiles areas Río where there is still 40 centimetres of snow.

The resort is due to close on May 1st. For the short time after Semana Santa, prices for adults will be reduced to €27.50 per day and €22,00 for children.
