Guardia Civil officers have arrested three members of the same family in Nerja on various charges of theft and one charge of drug trafficking.
Following an increased number of theft reports, the Guardia Civil began an investigation which led to the arrest of three people, all from the same, family, and the recovery of a number of stolen items, including a computer belonging to the municipal authorities.
Also found during the police raid were a number of bags of drugs ready for distribution and a stash of cash, the proceeds from earlier drugs sales.
The recovered items are being kept at the Guardia Civil barracks while the true owners are being traced.
