The Independent Police Union of Andalucia (SIP-AN) has filed a denuncia with the courts in Torrox against the Chief of Local Police in Nerja, Antonio Navas, alleging the continuous harassment of the secretary general of the local force, Antonio Díaz Coca.
The SIP-AN alleges that the harassment started in 2008 and has been continuous and arose when Antonio Díaz Coca denounced alleged irregular overtime payments for certain members of the Local Police force.
They also allege that the situation has worsened since Antonio Díaz Coca was called to testify as a witness with regard to another denuncia.
