Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has accused Western countries of stealing rain and plotting to cause drought in Iran by using high tech equipment to drain the clouds of raindrops. Unfortunately for him, a few moments after making this startling startling claim at the inauguration of a dam, it started to rain.
Now I suppose he will claim he is being specifically targeted by drone clouds or the like.
