Over 300 people are now involved in the search for Rosa Galera, a 26 year old woman from Fines, Almería, who was reported missing on Monday after failing to turn up for work.
Rosa’s ex-husband remains in custody on suspicion of involvement in her disappearance and a second man, a close friend of the detainee, is now also being questioned. The two men were seen together at several times on the day of the disappearance.
During the evening, however, it is reported that the detainee made a trip to Baza, some 55 kilometres from Fines, to be treated at the hospital for a wound to his hand.
The detainee and his wife separated about two years ago. The couple have a young daughter from the marriage. Although there is no record of abuse within the family, the detainee has been described as ‘nervous’ and someone who ‘changes’ easily and rapidly.
