On Thursday, the Multipurpose Centre in Maro was the scene of the official presentation of the Maro Residents Association (Asociación de Vecinos de Maro), although the inaugural meeting was over two years ago.
After two years of delays due to administrative formalities, the association is now finally included in the Andalucian Register of Associations and the Nerja Municipal Register of Associations.
The association is chaired by Manuel Pacheco and members forming the governing board are Salvador Muñoz, Francisco Cuenca, Rafael Muñoz, John Cook, Salvador Muñoz and David Raya.
