The Council in Bollullos de la Mitación, Sevilla, has decided to suspend this year’s feria, due to take place in September, due to the financial crisis.
A total of 37 casetas are available for the feria but only 14 have so far been confirmed, a fact that has led the Council to suspend the feria. The Council feels that it cannot justify spending €200,000 on the event in the current financial climate.
