Spanish fashion designer Jesús del Pozo died yesterday in Madrid at the age of 64 years.
Jesús del Pozo was born in the Spanish capital in December 1946 and began as an interior decorator and furniture designer before entering the the world of fashion in 1974.
Holder of the ‘Aguja de Oro’ (Golden Needle) and the ‘Medalla de Bellas Artes’ (Medal of Fine Arts), his creations have been paraded down catwalks around the world.
