The Mayor of Vélez-Málaga, Francisco Delgado Bonilla (PP), has reported that the Social Security Treasury has sent a note to the Foundation for the Promotion of Culture, Education and Development in which it communicates the failure to pay the necessary fees for the months of November 2010 and March and April 2011, a total of €12,590, and as a result, this has led to an embargo on their accounts.
