Municipal salaries approved

At the last plenary session of the Council, remuneration for full-time Councillors and temporary staff were approved.

Council wants visitor numbers to Los Cahorros to be regulated

The Council is proposing to debate a motion at its next plenary session to request the Provincial Delegation of Environment of the Junta de Andalucía to regulate the number of visitors to the rio Chillar and Los Cahorros, a popular hiking route.

Council investing to create jobs

The Council has announced that it will be spending €2,161,000 this year on job creation, with nearly two million of this amount coming from local resources. There is also an €85,000 provision from the provincial Council and €117,00 from the Extraordinary Social Action Plan.
