Six students from the IES Sierra Almijara are carrying out the work experience section of their studies in various Town Hall offices.
The students will complete 140 hours over 30 days and where possible they have been accommodated in the departments of their choosing. The Council hopes that this training will assist the students to find suitable employment in the future.
Two of the students have chosen the Department of Youth, one the Sports Department, one the Department of Urban Planning, one has chosen to work at the main counter in the Town Hall and one has chosen to work with the Local Police.
