A 54 year old workman died on Monday morning at the Andasol solar plant in Guadix, Granada, after a heavy metal gate came loose and fell on him.
The incident happened at around 09:30 while the man was working on the metal gate. The man was rescued from under the gate and transferred to hospital in Guadix but doctors could do nothing to save his life.
