Local Police in Málaga have arrested a 16 year old youth on suspicion of sexually abusing a 5 year old child.
The child was apparently left to sleep at his cousin’s house on saturday night, during which time the abuse is alleged to have taken place. In the morning, the young boy told his parents what happened and they made an official complaint to the Local Police.
The youth was subsequently arrested and detained in custody until the Juvenile Prosecutor had been informed, at which time he was released and returned to his father.
