A man handed himself in to the Guardia Civil on Monday morning after killing his brother during a family argument the night before.
The victim had gone to his brother’s house in Lada, Asturias, on Sunday evening and during an argument received several stab wounds. The victim was taken to hospital but died a little while later.
The brother, who had fled the scene, handed himself in to Guardia Civil officers and has been placed under arrest for murder. Both the victim and the assailant have criminal records, including arrests for drug trafficking.
