Thieves broke into the San Miguel school on avenida Castilla Perez in the early hours of Monday morning and stole instruments belonging to pupils of the Municipal School of Music as well as making off with a computer and a projector.
The thieves broke a window to gain access and stole three saxophones, a violin, an accordion, a computer and a projector.
The thieves also tried to break into the Nerja Cultural Centre, located next door, but triggered the alarm in the building.
