Families in the municipality of Vélez-Málaga who face the threat of eviction or the loss of their homes can now use the services of a mortgage brokerage office which has been set up in the town.
The office, set up at the behest of the Provincial Council and the Málaga Bar Association, will offer advice and institutional support for those who find themselves in danger of losing their homes.
The initiative is aimed at avoiding evictions within the municipality. There are currently 6 new eviction orders processed each day and 63 eviction orders carried out each week in the municipality.
The office is located in the headquarters of the Colegio de Abogados – Bar Association – in Vélez-Málaga.
