The body of 52 year old D.D., a British woman missing in Vera since the floods last Friday, has been found today at sea about 4.5 miles from Los Escullos and about 50 kilometres south of Pueblo Laguna, where she lived.
The body, in an advanced state of decomposition, was discovered by a fishing boat. Initial identification was made by means of a necklace she was wearing and her identity was confirmed through fingerprint analysis and other tests.
