An eight-story building in calle Orquídeas, Fuengirola, had to be evacuated on Monday night after a fire in one of the apartments.
The fire began on the ground floor at around 21:45 and the residents of the block were evacuated as a safety measure. The fire was extinguished at around 23:00 and the residents, with the exception of those from the apartment where the fire began, were allowed to return to their homes.
