Today, Wednesday February 13th, sees the official inauguration of the new nine hole ‘pitch and putt’ course in urbanisation La Colina in Torremolinos.
The facility is built on a green area of seven hectares, with the course occupying 30,000 square metres. Future additions will be a clubhouse and recreational facilities.
The seventh hole on the course, a par 3 of 130 metres, is an exact replica of the 12th hole at the Augusta National in the USA. The hole has been named ‘Angustias’ – ‘Sorrows’. To promote the new course, a 30% discount is being offered.
