The Guardia Civil have arrested a 20 year old youth in Alcudia, Granada, as the alleged perpetrator of a stabbing outside a club in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The youth, who was found hiding and in possession of a knife with a five centimetre blade, was involved in an argument with a 26 year old man at a club in Alcudia whom he stabbed at least twice.
The victim was wounded in the arm and side and bled profusely from his injuries. He is now in hospital. There were no injuries to vital organs so there is no fear for his life, although his injuries are serious.
The alleged attacker is being held in custody until he can appear before a judge.
