The Department of Youth has organised a cartoon competition as part of the Nerja Crea+ 2013 programme.
The characters must be original, self-created and previously unpublished. Any technique is allowed and the works may be in black and white or colour, although no photocopies are permitted. The subject of the cartoons must relate to the effects
Entries can be presented at the Youth Information Centre in calle Cristo, the deadline being May 23rd 2013. There will be three prizes awarded, €150 for the best storyline, €80 for the best cartoonist and €50 for the most original character.
