Preliminary work has started to clear the area destined for the new underground car park at Burriana beach. This work includes the diversion of storm drains to ensure that there are no problems when the excavation eventually starts.
The works will cease during the summer period to ensure that there is no inconvenience to visitors and the area may even be re-opened as a temporary parking area.
The contract for the car park, currently budgeted at €2,558,601.89, is being carried out by the joint venture company of Sardalla Española, S.A. and Sondeos, Inyecciones y Trabajos Especiales, S.A.
