The bodies of Dutch international volleyball player Ingrid Visser and her boyfriend have been found in an orchard in Alquerías, Murcia. Two people have already been detained in connection with the deaths.
Ingrid Visser and her boyfriend travelled to Murcia for a medical appointment but never turned up, prompting the family to report the couple missing. This was fifteen days ago.
The couple may have been killed at a house in Molina de Segura, forensic scientists having found evidence of a violent act having been carried out at these premises. On this basis, police arrested a man in Valencia and have not ruled out further arrests.
