Interesting email regarding the new, improved customer service being provided by the water company:

It is 0830 – the phone is not manned 24 hours a day – there is a taped message, not even answerphone system. I have NO WATER. Old system I could use a mobile number and find out what is happening, not now – well done aguas de narixa “un servicio mejor a la cuidadania” I don’t think so.
