Monday July 1st sees the start of the Summer Camp 2013, an initiative by the Nerja Basketball Club and aimed at children aged between 4 years and 15 years.
The activities, including basketball, gymkhana, games, badminton, football, paddle tennis, swimming and hiking will be taking place in several locations, such as Burriana beach, the covered pavillion and in natural areas.
The cost is €60 per month and this year, a shuttle service has been arranged to pick up participants from the various parts of Nerja. The Summer Camp runs until August 31st from 09:00 to 14:00. Anyone wishing to register can do so at La Caixa in avenida de Pescia (just past the garage) or in the offices of the Polideportivo Municipal.
