National Police have arrested an 80-year-old British National wanted in the UK for sex crimes.
The detainee breached the conditions of bail after being convicted on March 8th on two counts of sexual assault and three counts of sexual activity with a minor. The minor in question was his granddaughter and the incidents took place when she was aged between 9 years and 16 years.
The detainee is considered a delinquent registered sex offender and was the subject of an international arrest warrant.
