Police in Jerez have today arrested one man in connection with the death of an elderly man on Saturday at his home in the Santo Tomás de Aquino district of the city.
The deceased was 86 years old and died from stab wounds. His wife was seriously injured in the attack and remains in the ICU at Jerez hospital.
Police are still searching for a second individual involved in the attack, believed to be the brother of the detainee.
