The Feria San Miguel 2013 has started in Vélez-Málaga and continues until Sunday September 29th.
The night activities are at the Prado del Rey feria ground and the daytime activities, with 40 marquees – casetas – will be in the historic centre of the town around Paseo de Andalucía, Carmelitas and Canalejas, Carmen and Reñidero.
On Thursday is a special meal for ‘seniors’ in the official marquee – caseta oficial – with a cost of €5 per head.
On Friday there is a performance by ‘Auryn’, entry €7. At 12:00 in the feria ground is the procession of horses and there is an equestrian show at 19:00.
On Saturday September 28th the main event is an edition of ‘Se llama Copla’ with Álvaro Díaz, María Espinosa, Carolina Caparrós and Manuel Cribaño. Tickets range in price from €11 to €21.50.
On Sunday September 29th the theatre group La Carpa will be providing the entertainment in the caseta oficial.
