Volunteers from the local Civil Protection unit who participated in a Level 1 Basic Training course held in the municipality were officially presented with their diplomas on Wednesday at a ceremony in the Town Hall.
The course was given by the Andalucia School of Public Safety and volunteers from Nerja, Frigiliana, Torrox and Competa attended the course which was for a total duration of 45 hours.
