Thirty people had to be evacuated from their homes in calle Fernán Caballero, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in the early hours of Saturday after fire broke out in one of the houses in the block.
Thick smoke quickly filled the block and the residents were evacuated as a precautionary measure. All but the occupant of the apartment in which the fire originated were later allowed to return to their homes.
