During the summer season in Andalucia 23 people were detained and 328 denuncias were issued by the National Police in relation to forest fires, a big increase on the figures for 2012.
A total of 42 forest fires were investigated during the summer period with 19 declared to have been caused by negligence, 6 to have been unintentional and 4 being caused by negligence.
