Registered unemployment in Andalucia rose by 19,555 people (1.86%) in October when compared to the previous month, bringing the total number out of work in the region to 1,069,011.
The only province in Andalucia where unemployment fell was Almeria, which registered a decrease of 3,853 (4.7%).
Elsewhere, unemployment rose in Málaga, up by 7,031 (3.58%), Cadiz , up by 6,740 (3.5%), Sevilla, up by 4,322 (1.74%), Huelva, up by 1,761 (2.88%), Jaén, up by 1,635 (2.4%), Granada, up by 1,193 (1.14%) and Córdoba, up by 726 (0.75%).
