The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism has signed a collaboration agreement with Nerja Council to boost competitiveness and innovation of small and medium-sized businesses (PYMEs) in the tourism sector through information technology and communication and training.
The agreement is for an amount of €800,000, of which Nerja Council will provide 5%, and will provide funding for the promotion of research , development and innovation to improve the competitiveness of businesses in Malaga province.
In the case of Nerja it will promote innovation and competitiveness of PYMEs in both the tourism and retail sectors of the town .
