A driver who ran down four people in calle Amistad, Jerez de la Frontera, on Friday has been arrested after testing positive for alcohol.
The driver, who was injured in the incident, left the road and collided with four pedestrians before crashing into a lamppost.
After testing positive for alcohol the driver was arrested but later released as the injuries suffered by the pedestrians were considered minor in character.
