The body of a 38-year-old man who disappeared on December 28th while spearfishing near Ceuta has been found near Almuñecar, Granada.
Laarbi Hossain Mohamed, a father of two children, donned his wetsuit and went spearfishing, on his own, in the area between Benítez and Benzú. The body was found on Saturday morning off the coast of Almuñecar.
A land, sea and air search had been carried out in the days following his disappearance. Early indications are that Laarbi Hossain Mohamed died from hypothermia about five days after his disappearance.
