The scale of corruption in Europe is “breathtaking” and it costs the EU economy at least 120bn euros (£99bn) annually, the European Commission says.
The only plausible reasons for someone just realising this are:
Removal of blindfold
Has been in coma for decades
Was abducted by aliens many years ago and only just returned to Earth
