Sunday saw the official inauguration of the Casa de las Cofradias – House of the Brotherhoods – in calle Puente Viejo, Nerja.
The nerja Municipal Band under the baton of José Pedro Almendro del Pino played a number of Easter marches and the building was blessed by the local priest, Andrés Pérez.
The house is designed to house and display all the various assets which make up the Easter parade processions.
