On Friday, representatives of the civil service unions were presented with the ‘Puestos de Trabajo (RPT), the technical document used for the management and ordination of staff.
The document sets out requirements for the job, level of responsibility, specific or special conditions, classification of the job etc. Basically, job descriptions.
The RPT has been produced by experienced technicians from the Provincial Government and the process is taking place in other municipalities in Málaga province. The RPT is considered a ‘living document’ and will be modified accordingly as the workforce changes through the creation of the appropriate committees.
