A North African national has been arrested for the alleged sexual abuse of his 11-year-old daughter in Ronda. The man was caught trying to flee the country.
It was the daughter who made the complaint against her father. Under the standard protocols in such cases the girl was taken to hospital where it was certified that she had been raped.
The alleged abuser was trying to flee to Morocco but was apprehended in Algeciras. Apparently, National Police had visited the man’s house a day earlier in connection with a heated argument between the aggressor and other members of his family. It is now assumed that the reason for the disturbance would have been a discussion of the abuse.
