The strike by employees of the urban bus service in El Puerto de Santa Maria, Cádiz, has been suspended in anticipation of a new meeting with the bus company on Monday.
The employees have been demanding the same rights as were agreed with the previous concessionaire and the main sticking point is a €120 payment improvement which the company refuses to pay.
The employees are not ruling out another strike during the peak summer months if a suitable agreement is not reached. The conflict affects sixty employees.
