The Nerja 1 beach volleyball team won a bronze medal during the Andalucia Championships held at the weekend in Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz province.
Two teams from the Nerja Municipal Volleyball School qualified for the finals via tournament held recently at Burriana beach. The bronze medal-winning female team comprised Muñoz, Armijo and Herrero.
The Nerja 2 team comprised Atencia, Jaime and Piñero.
