The Parks and Gardens Department is busy carrying out work on the roundabouts in Nerja, starting with those at the entrances to the town, to make them look impressive for the influx of summer visitors.
New species are being planted, palm trees are being planted, weed prevention is being applied and decorative white gravel is being deployed.
The Council believes that the roundabouts, the first image of the town for visitors, need to be carefully and well maintained.
