Two of the spectators injured during the Miengo Rally Sprint in Cantabria have subsequently died from their injuries.
Nine spectators were injured on Saturday evening on a rural road in Mogro while they were watching the rally. Six were treated at the scene and three were transferred to hospital. Two of the three who were hospitalised subsequently died during the night.
