The Málaga Provincial Council, through the Provincial Consortium for Urban Solid Waste (RSU), has initiated an informative campaign relating to environmental awareness and the importance of recycling to protect coastal ecosystems.
The initiative, paying special attention to beaches and coastal areas, is taking place in several municipalities in the Axarquia, including Nerja.
The project includes a variety of actions to educate and encourage people to participate in recycling, these including exhibitions, puppet shows and marches.
