Eleven families in Los Molares, Sevilla, have been charged with electricity fraud after tampering with meters to reduce their bills or not to pay anything.
The electricity company noticed unusual variations and reductions in power consumption and informed the Guardia Civil. Among the defendants is an electrician.
The fraud is estimated at around €12,000.
