The Basque Police have arrested a 27-tear-old teacher in Bilbao for the alleged sexual abuse of minors at a school in the city.
The teacher was arrested at the school where he worked. His employment contract has also been terminated.
Several girls at the school, all aged around 9 years, told their parents what had happened to them while in class. The man would allegedly kneel next to the young girls while they were doing their classwork and stroke their backs beneath their shirts or, in some cases, fondle their genitals.
